CAKE QUESTIONS

How much are your cakes?

Prices will vary, depending on how we are customizing your piece of edible art for your special event. For STARTING prices, please click here!

I don't want a custom cake. How much are your sheet cakes?

Unfortunately, we only make sheet cakes for overflow to accompany our custom cakes. We specialize in highly customized, over-the-top creations that provide a "WOW!" factor.

What about a basic round cake? Do you do those?

Yes, we offer basic dessert cakes during the holiday months of November and December only.

I have food restriction requirements. What are my options?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any options related to food allergies or restrictions at this time. HOWEVER, we are constantly making changes.

ORDERING QUESTIONS

Is there a deposit required to place an order?

Yes! Deposits are 50% of your total costs. Deposits are non-refundable.

May I make changes to my order?

Yes! Changes are allowed up to 7 days prior to your event. Once we are 1 week away, no changes will be allowed.

How do I place an order?

After you've received your quote, you may come in to pay your deposit or we will send you an invoice to pay online.

How do you accept payment?

We currently accept cash and credit cards only.

May I taste the cake before I purchase?

Yes! Tastings are done by appointments only and are $45. You will be provided with up to 5 flavor samples to taste. The $45 will be applied to your order if you decide to book a cake. We encourage you to bring inspiration photos to your consultation. Click here to schedule an appointment.

How long is the lead time and when should I place my order?

We ask for at LEAST 7-10 days advance notice for all orders. It's NEVER too early to book. The sooner the better!

CANCELLATION QUESTIONS

I can't make my consultation. May I cancel it?

Absolutely! As long as you give us reasonable advance notice. No call/No shows will forfeit the consultation fee and will be charged AGAIN if you decide to book another appointment.

My event is cancelled. May I cancel my order?

Sure, as long as we are not within a week of your event. Remember, your deposit is non-refundable and the balance will still be due if we are within 7 days of delivery/pick-up.

I didn't pick up my order. What happens next?

Orders not picked up on the contract date will be held for 3 days. We will do our part to contact you. If we don't hear from you or the cake is not picked up within 3 days, it will be donated to our children's shelter of choice. ALL MONIES WILL BE FORFEITED! Yes, you must still pay for the cake that you abandoned!

Do you ship?

We do not ship our custom cakes; HOWEVER, please click here for items that can be shipped!

Do you deliver?

Yes, but there are some restrictions. Smaller orders, such as single tiered designs must be picked up. Delivery of larger and/or highly structured custom designs start at $65. ALL WEDDING CAKES GET DELIVERY--NO EXCEPTIONS!

SPONSORSHIP QUESTIONS

I'm having an event. Will you sponsor a cake?

We have our preferred list of charities that we support. If you are a CHARITY/NON-PROFIT and would like to be considered for our list, please send your inquiry to info@ceocustomcakes.com. DO NOT contact us for sponsorship if you are a celebrity/influencer looking for something free. We do NOT give away our cakes in exchange for social media mentions.
