CEO Custom Cakes Company Policies
We are a custom cake shop, specializing in sculpted cakes, so with that said, PLEASE DO NOT ask us to make a sheet cake or a "regular" cake for you. If you are not looking for a sheet cake, please continue reading!
1. A 50% deposit is required for ALL orders placed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Payment is required in FULL if notice is less than 7 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE!
4. Changes to cake orders are not allowed within 7 days of pick up. Please be sure that your order is correct before the deposit is paid.
5. We may take a custom cake order with less than 1 week lead time, but a 25% short notice fee will be added to your final cost. Availability is subject to change without notice.
6. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience. While it is not our policy to give refunds, we will be happy to try to correct anything regarding your order.
7. Debit and credit cards are accepted, but there is a $5 minimum purchase for these methods of payment.
8. Delivery is only available for cakes that are 3 or more tiers.
9. There is a $35 returned check fee assessed for all returned checks. Each customer has only one chance to write a returned check. Cash will be the only acceptable method of payment thereafter.
10. There is a $100 minimum charge for any damage caused to items on display. If you or your children break, crack, or damage anything, in any way, you are RESPONSIBLE for payment at the time of damage.
11. There is a $3 surcharge for any credit card taken over the phone to secure your order.
12. There is a $175 minimum on Specialty cakes and a $500 minimum on Wedding cakes.
13. We do not offer any cakes related to dietary restrictions or allergies. Our products contain or are processed on equipment that process allergenic foods, such as dairy products and nuts.
14. We will replicate other designers’ work, but it may not be completely exact, as it’s not our original design. We will get as close as possible.
15. Tastings are reserved for wedding cake consultations. Feel free to purchase our fresh cupcakes for flavor samplings for other events.
16. ABSOLUTELY NO SOLICITING, “RELATIONSHIP BUILDING”, or whatever you want to call it. If you have a product or service that you believe could be of use to this business, leave your business card and any pertinent information and a member of management will get back to you if we are interested.
17. We do not share any personal information with third party companies. Any information given to us is for internal use only. We value your privacy and your business!
