CEO Custom Cakes Company Policies
Orders
- We require at least 3 days advance notice on simple, party cake orders and 4 weeks for wedding cake orders. More complex items, such as 3D Custom cakes require at least 14 days advance notice. Availability is subject to change, even if given the lead time described.
- There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required for all cake orders. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Some orders are accepted with short notice, but will be charged an extra 10%.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before scheduled delivery or pickup.
- Once cakes are completed, any cancellations are subject to full payment.
- There is a 4 cake minimum per flavor on all individual cake orders.
- Tastings are $30 for up to 3 flavors and fillings. This price will be deducted from the price of your cake order.
Payment
- Payments for cakes are due IN FULL at the time of cake delivery or pick up--NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Payments are made by Cash, Money Order, and Credit Card (Credit cards through PayPal).
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact CEO Custom Cakes immediately. It is our policy to not give cash refunds, just a remake of all cake orders.
Delivery
- There is a $50 minimum order for delivery.
- Delivery charges will apply for all cake orders needing delivery, with the exception of wedding cakes. (Delivery and setup are included in wedding cake prices)
- Delivery charges start at $20 for the first 15 miles and will be billed at 55 cents for every mile thereafter.
- Any order less than $50 needing delivery will be charged an additional $10 fee.
